Perfect Health - An Ayurvedic Lifestyle Program
Ayurveda is a 5000 year old science of life. As a certified Chopra Center Perfect Health Instructor, Linda will share with you these proven ancient techniques for health and well being for the body, mind, and soul. Classes may be one hour for an Introductory class or the complete program consisting of 5 classes of two hours each session. You can be an active participant in preventing dis-ease and enhancing your health.
Individual and group classes are available. Cost: $475 for all five group classes. There is a non-refundable $50 registration fee which includes the costs incurred for materials for the class.

Primordial Sound Meditation - This is a four session class consisting of: Introduction to meditation and Primoridal Sound Meditation; Personal Instruction session with your personal Primordial Sound; Practical points of meditation to ensure maximum benifits from your practice; includes discussion and questions regarding your first experiences of Primordial sound Meditation; and the fourth class includes the natural occurance of Higher States of Consciousness.
Individual and group classes are available. Cost: $375 for all four group classes. There is a non-refundable $100 registration fee which includes the costs incurred to obtain your personal Primordial Sound and materials for the class.
